Well this infuriated the man and he requested to cancel his room. The rep then tells him his room has been ready for 3 hours. BUT WAIT YOU COULD STILL BOOK A ROOM ONLINE! The place couldn't even accommodate their current guests! While waiting for my room at the counter a man was speaking about how he tried to check in earlier and the rep said they would call him when it was ready, no call. People standing at the counter waiting and waiting for a room to be ready. The staff looked drained as I can imagine, only 8 people on checking in while the line is wrapped around the lobby. I tried to check in at 12 pm and was patient then, at 8:30 pm I am not patient. Speaking to the manager on staff was useless. TWO ROOMS BOOKED, ONE A SUITE AND NEITHER ARE READY AT 8:30 PM!!! That was a joke. Then to be told at 8:30 PM that my room is not ready yet. Check in was a nightmare, I will repeat nightmare! took 2 1/2 hours to wait in line to get to the front counter. As a customer of Revel, the place is just as beautiful as it was left.
